The Mutual Cooperation Agreement formalises and strengthens the interaction and existing relationship between OBE and the ETPPA at a strategic level, focusing on providing guidance and clarification on the operational aspects of PSD2 in Europe.

Wallyt Partners with NIC Asia Bank to launch WeChat Pay and UnionPay QR payments in Nepal 05 March 2021 Source: Wallyt NIC ASIA Bank, one of the largest private-sector commercial banks in Nepal, announced a cooperation with Nepal’s payment system operator FirstPay and Hong Kong based digital banking solution provider Wallyt to launch digital payment services to its merchants through WeChat Pay and UnionPay QR in the country. The partnership enables merchants associated with the bank to reach more Chinese guests by giving the opportunity to use their domestic payment method.

City-owned pools and ice rinks to reopen later in March

  WINNIPEG The City of Winnipeg is working to reopen some city-owned swimming pools and indoor ice rinks as part of the latest changes to the province’s public health orders. Jay Shaw, the assistant manager of the city’s emergency operations centre, said on Thursday the city is working to have four arenas opened by March 15, and most pools open by March 29. “The changes to public health orders regarding indoor pools and indoor arenas is welcome news,” he said. Under the new public health orders, which will take effect March 5, indoor pools and arenas would be allowed to open at 25 per cent capacity, and allow limited use of change rooms.
